Custom Designs:
If you would like to have one of the currently displayed creations slightly modified,
please email me with your request. Customized
designs include dramatic changes in color or material maintaining the basic elements
of the design. Depending on the order, a deposit may be necessary.
Payment:
I accept payment via Paypal, check and money order.
Shipping and Handling:
Basic shipping and handling is free. Basic
shipping for items over $20 is Priority US Mail with Delivery Confirmation. International
orders require an additional $20.00 per order.
Repairs:
If an item purchased from Jewelry by me... breaks within 30 days,
I will repair the item for free if all beads are returned. Otherwise, repairs
are the retail cost of any bead replacement (waived at my discretion). If an exact
match to the lost bead is not available, I reserve the right to substitute a similar
bead.
Returns:
I will accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase with a copy of invoice.
Please send an email stating
the problem to receive your Authorization Number. This number must be clearly
marked on your package. A full refund of the purchase price less any deposits
required on custom orders, will be given upon safe and re-saleable receipt of
merchandise. Insurance on the return is HIGHLY recommended.
